1. Biometric Data Integrity
All physiological telemetry collected by AXIOM rings and wearable sensors (including heart rate, HRV, skin temperature, and sleep phases) is processed locally on-device and encrypted end-to-end with AES-256 before cloud synchronization. AXIOM will never sell, monetize, or disclose your biological data to third-party advertisers.
2. Purchase & Fulfillment
When you purchase an AXIOM instrument, customer contact and shipping details are encrypted during transit and processed solely for order delivery, warranty registration, and critical firmware notices.
3. Doorstep Inspection & Acceptance
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are welcome to inspect the parcel exterior and verify package contents at the time of delivery before accepting. If an item is visibly damaged, broken, or incorrect upon arrival, you may refuse acceptance directly with the delivery agent at zero cost.
4. 3-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your product experiences a genuine manufacturing or technical defect within seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) of delivery, contact our customer support with unboxing photos or video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all cables, accessories, and user documentation intact.
5. Manufacturer & Brand Warranty
Certain electronic instruments carry official manufacturer or supplier warranties as explicitly stated on their respective packaging or product listings. In such cases, warranty service and terms are governed by the authorized manufacturer. AXIOM does not offer independent or extended third-party warranties on products where the manufacturer provides none.
